When will I receive my order?
Your estimated shipping date is clearly shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. We ensure full consistency
no surprises between what you see at checkout and what you receive by email.
What if I see a longer delivery time after placing my order?
If delivery takes longer than expected, you can cancel that specific item by contacting our support team:

Note: Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
How can I get an invoice for my order?
Invoices are not sent automatically. To download one:

Go to My Orders
Click into your order details and download the invoice
How does shipping work at Bubble Bliss?
We ship reliably across Pakistan. The estimated delivery date appears at checkout and is included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we currently offer express delivery within Johar Town, Lahore. If you’re located in this area, your order may arrive the same day or the next day depending on the time of your purchase.
For all other areas, standard delivery timelines apply. Stay tuned as we expand express options to more locations!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if it hasn’t shipped yet. Just contact our team to cancel, and your refund will be issued within two working days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
We stand behind the quality of our organic soap. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
That said, if you experience any issues or have concerns, we’re here to help. Your happiness is our priority, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
